We want you to be satisfied with SellerPic. This policy outlines how refunds are handled for Pro subscriptions.

1. Refund Eligibility

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the Pro subscription. This applies to both monthly and yearly plans.

2. How to Request a Refund

3. After the 14-Day Window

Refund requests made after 14 days from the initial purchase are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a prorated refund or credit at our discretion.

4. Subscription Renewals

Renewal charges (monthly or yearly) are eligible for a refund within 14 days of the renewal date, provided you have not actively used Pro features during that renewal period.

5. Cancellation vs. Refund

Canceling your subscription stops future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund. If you wish to cancel and receive a refund, please contact us within the eligible window.

6. Payment Processor

All refunds are processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
