These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SellerPic browser extension ("Extension") and related services operated by SellerPic ("we", "us", "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Extension and discontinue use.

2. Description of Service

SellerPic is a browser extension that provides white-background detection and repair for product images. All image processing occurs locally within your browser. We also provide a cloud-based license management service for subscription verification.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

• The Extension generates a random unique identifier (UID) stored locally in your browser to manage your subscription.
• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly ($4.99/month) or yearly ($39.99/year) through Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Paddle's terms and conditions apply to all payment transactions. See Paddle's Terms.

4. Free Tier

The free tier provides up to 3 image fixes per day. This limit resets daily. We reserve the right to adjust free tier limits with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent subscription verification or usage limits.
• Use the Extension for any unlawful purpose.
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Extension.

6. Intellectual Property

The Extension, including its code, design, and algorithms, is our intellectual property. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension for its intended purpose.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Extension is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not collect, upload, or process your images on any server.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Image processing results may vary depending on source image quality.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Extension. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Extension in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Extension if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Extension ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
